Shipping policy

We print-to-order and because of that it can take a little bit longer to receive your order. We always try to ship your order within 1 week. 

The shipping costs within and outside Malta equal the processing costs of the logistics provider, namely MaltaPost. The shipping costs are being paid by the customer and will be processed at the checkout. 

The shipping costs for returns have to be paid by the customer. As soon as an accepted return arrives, we will refund the money the same way you sent it to us within fourteen days.
